1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between:

 • Buyer:
 • A natural or legal person purchasing goods via the online store.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering and Contract Formation

 1. The buyer places an order through the online store by filling out the order form.
 2. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms the accuracy of the provided information.
 3. After receiving the order, the seller will send an order confirmation via email.
 4. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

 1. All prices include VAT.
 2. The buyer can pay for the goods using the following methods:
 • Online card payment (GoPay, PayPal)
 • Bank transfer
 • Cash on delivery
 3. The purchase price is payable at the time of ordering unless agreed otherwise.

4. Shipping and Delivery

 1. Goods are delivered via:
 • GLS (courier delivery)
 • Zásilkovna (Packeta) (pickup points)
 2. Delivery times:
 • Czech Republic: 1–2 business days
 • Europe: 3–7 business days
 3. Free shipping for orders over 660 CZK within the Czech Republic.
 4. The buyer is obliged to accept the delivery. If the package is not collected and returned to the seller, an additional fee may be charged for re-delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

 1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
 2. The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and unused.
 3. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
 4. The seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.
 5. Goods that have been opened or cannot be resold for hygienic reasons cannot be returned (according to §1837 of the Civil Code).

6. Complaints and Warranty

 1. The buyer has the right to complain about defective goods.
 2. Complaints must be submitted via email to info@topinky.com, including a description of the defect and photos.
 3. The seller will process complaints within 30 days of receipt.
 4. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper storage or use.

7. Data Protection

 1. The seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
 2. Detailed information on data processing is available in the Privacy Policy (GDPR) section.

8. Final Provisions

 1. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
 2. All legal relations are governed by Czech law.
